भदौ २९, रामेछाप । आज राष्ट्रिय बाल दिवस को अवसर पारेर रामेछापमा विभिन्न कार्यक्रम गरी बाल दिवस मनाईएको छ । कोभिड महामारीका कारण ः ‘बालअधिकारको संरक्षण हामी सबैको जिम्मेवारी’ भन्ने नाराका साथ रामेछपमा विभिन्न कार्यक्रम गरी ५७ औं राष्ट्रिय बाल दिवस मनाइएको छ ।
जिल्लाको ८ वडा स्थानिय तहहरुले विभिन्न कार्यक्रमको आयोजना गरी सो दिवस मनाएका छन् । यसैगरी जिल्लाका विभिन्न विद्यायहरुले पनि विभिन्न कार्यक्रम गरी दिवस मनाएको जानकारी दिएका छन ।
नेपालले बालअधिकारसम्बन्धी महासन्धि १९८९ लाई १४ सेप्टेम्बर १९९० मा अनुमोदन गरेर बालबालिकाको विकास, बालअधिकारको संरक्षण र बालसहभागिता जस्ता विषयमा आफ्नो अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय प्रतिबद्धता प्रकट गरेको दिनकै अवसरमा हरेक वर्ष भदौ २९ गते राष्ट्रिय बाल दिवस मनाउँदै आएको छ ।
नेपालको संविधानले बालबालिकाको हकलाई मौलिक हकका रूपमा राखेपनि पछिल्ला वर्ष विश्वव्यापी कोरोना महामारीका कारण बालबालिकाको नियमित पठनपाठनमा असर पुगिरहेको छ ।
साथै दुर्गम गाउँ र बस्तीमा रहने बालबालिका अनलाइन कक्षाबाट वञ्चित हुनुपरेको अवस्था आईरहेको छ । अठार वर्षमुनिका बालबालिकाका लागि कोरोनाविरुद्धको खोपको व्यवस्था हुन नसकेका कारण उनीहरू सङ्क्रमणको जोखिममा छन् ।
